Re: Login problem

The login process has not changed. You should not be experiencing a problem where your correct user name and password are not working. What browser and browser version are you using? Are you using your user name and not your email address when logging in? Passwords are case sensitive. If you are on ...

Re: My Routes feature

Thanks for reporting this problem. It wasn't just you, but it only affected a relatively small number of users.

The problem has been corrected and you can now see all of your routes on the My Routes page.

There is a charge for the Open Cycle Maps if the usage exceeds a monthly threshold. Map Pedometer is a free website ...

Re: unable to route this point prompt

Thank you for your post. This was a problem with a remote server that affected the automatic routing options (Run/Walk, Cycle, and Drive). The Straight line routing option was not impacted. This problem has been fixed. Keep getting 'unable to route this point", zip code 93720 and surrounding ar...

Re: Thanks, and a suggestion

Thanks for your message. We will take a look at the Open Cycle Map layer to see if we can add it to Map Pedometer. I've been using this site for many years and I've found it to be the best of its type by-far. I really appreciate everything that's gone into the making and maintenance of the site, it'...

Re: Question re GPS

Not yet. We may add a GPX import feature in the future which would allow users to upload their GPS data to Map Pedometer.

Re: Grades

Thank you for the suggestion. Currently, there isn't a direct method for determining the grade. You would have to do your own calculation using the elevation numbers and distances on the elevation graph. You can place your mouse over points on the elevation graph to get a distance and elevation at a...
