How to walk from Beacon Hill to West Seattle via Spokane ST

I've tried to program my My Route to enable a route from Beacon Hill to West Seattle via Columbian Blvd to Spokane Street to Lower Duwamish Bridge.
Has any one attempted such a route by walking?
If you've already established a route can you please share...
