How do I delete routes from My Log?

I accidentally (while learning this site), loaded a few extra walking routes to My Log.
How can I delete these? So far it won't let me. Thanks in advance.

To delete a log entry in your activity log, visit the Activity Log page
http://www.mappedometer.com/log/activitylog.php, and select the log entries that you would like to delete by clicking the row checkbox(es) on the left of the log grid. Then, click the "Delete selected rows" button and confirm the operation by clicking OK on the pop-up box. Deleted log entries cannot be recovered.
To delete one of your saved routes, visit the My Routes page, and select the route you would like to delete by clicking on the row for the route you would like to delete. Then, click the "Trash can" icon in the blue title bar above the route list. Click OK to permanently delete the route. Deleted routes cannot be recovered.

Thank you. The type is so small I had troubles seeing it.
