Personal log won't input distance for selected route

I can't get a distance for my selected route to display in my log. When I input a specific route number, the route name displays, but I get 0.00 for the distance. Is there a fix for this?

Thank you for pointing out this problem. The problem has been resolved. Entering a route number in the Activity Log will now populate the distance in the distance field.
