The Pace shown in the Map Pedometer Activity Log is a measure of how long on average it took you to run/walk/cycle a mile or kilometer. For example, if you completed a distance of 6 miles in one hour, then your pace is 10 minutes. On average, every 10 minutes you would have traveled one mile. If you completed 6 miles in 30 minutes (twice as fast), then your pace was 5 minutes.
