Unable to route to selected point

I am unable to create a new route. I get the start pin but every time I click I get "Unable to route to selected point" warning.

Thanks for your feedback. Recently, we have seen an occasional issue with one of our providers that results in a routing problem with certain routing modes. We are looking in to the issue.

The problem is intermittent. Also, when the problem occurs, only certain routing modes are affected. You can try switching the routing mode from Run/Walk to Cycle or Drive. That may allow you to work-around the issue.

We hope to have this problem resolved soon.
