Deleting account

I have just spent more time than I would have liked to, trying to find out how to delete my account/details from this facility.
Can anyone offer guidance?

To delete your account:

• Go to the My Routes page, and delete any routes that you want removed from Map Pedometer. Any routes that you do not delete will continue to be publicly viewable and will not be able to be deleted in the future.

• Click on the "Contact Map Pedometer" link at the bottom of any forum page. Send us an email from your Map Pedometer registered email address requesting the deletion of your account.

• Your account will be deleted after your request has been confirmed.
