Is the following permissible.

1. Take a screen snapshot of a route generated using Map Pedometer.
2. Make notes on the screenshot such as start, finish, turnaround point, directional arrows using Photoshop or equivalent program.
3. Giving Map Pedometer credit on the image and a link to this site.
4. Post the image to a running blog as a visual aid for running the route

Thanks

Yes, as far as Map Pedometer is concerned, that is permitted. We appreciate that you asked and will provide a link back to our site. You may want to check the Google Maps terms of service too. Google Maps provides the map and also has a copyright symbol on the bottom right of the map.

You can also create links to our site or embed a Map Pedometer route on a web site using our "Share Map Routes" page: http://www.mappedometer.com/shareroutes.php

On the Share Map Routes page, you can create a link to your specific route so that your readers can zoom/pan the map while reviewing the route.

Another user requested the ability to add notations such as arrows and rest stop indicators. We hope to add that feature in the future.
