Maps broken: For development purposes only

Today the embedded Google Maps is broken. No satellite option and an overlay reading "For development purposes only":

Same problem again: site is darkend and displays the message "for devolpment purposes only"

It seems the problem is back with the "For development purposes only" overlay on the maps. Checked the site out with different browsers on both Linux and Windows.
